KYC Documents for Individuals

All company members, including Directors, Shareholders, UBOs, and Contact persons, must provide the following documentation.

Proof of Identity

• Certified True Copy of Passport: Must be valid for at least 6 months.
• Comprehensive Curriculum Vitae (CV), Resumé, or an updated LinkedIn profile.

Proof of Address

Provide a certified true copy of any of the following documents, dated within the last 3 months:

• Bank reference or bank statement
• Utility bill
• Driver’s license

The address proof must clearly display your full name and physical address in English (P.O. Box addresses are not accepted).

KYC Documents for Corporations or Entities

If you are incorporating a company or entity, the following certified true copies of corporate documents are required:

Company Documents

• Certificate of Incorporation
• Memorandum and Articles of Association(or Constitution)
• Register of Directors
• Register of Shareholders / UBOs
• Extract of the Company’s Details from the Registrar of Companies. This can include:
  • Business Profile
  • Certificate of Incumbency
  • Certificate of Good Standing (must be valid within the last 6 months)

Note: If your corporate documents can be certified through an official government site, submitting certified copies may not be necessary.

• The documents provided must be the most recent versions.
• All address proofs must be dated within the last 3 months.
• Certified true copies must include full details and proper wording to be accepted.
