Steps to Set Up a BVI Company with Fionza: Shelf or New Company
- Choose Your BVI Company Type
For a shelf BVI company, select a name from our Shelf BVI Company List. For a new BVI company, decide on your preferred company name. - Complete the Online Application
Fill out the Application Form and submit it along with a copy of the identity card or passport and proof of residential address for all shareholders and directors. You can email these documents to marketing@fionzagroup.com - Check Company Name Availability
We will verify if your proposed company name is available for registration. - Identity Verification
Our team will contact you for identity verification as part of the due diligence process. - Fee Payment
After reviewing your application documents, we will email you a fee note for settlement. - Preparation of Official Documents
Once payment is received, the official documents will be prepared within 2-3 working days. - Signing of Documents
You can either visit our office to sign the official documents or we can email them to you for signing. - Finalization and Delivery
The Certificado de incorporacióny Company Kit Boxwill be ready in:
- 7-9 working daysfor a new company
- 3-4 working daysfor a shelf company
- Completion of Incorporation
We will notify you once the company is officially incorporated. You can collect your company documents and company kit box at our office, or we can courier them to you.
